  • Who can attend Dreamin' In Color?
    Although the content for this conference is geared toward current and aspiring Black Salesforce professionals and entreprenurs. Anyone can attend.
  • Will there be Covid Protocols in place?
    We will adhere to CDC and City Covid-19 guidelines. We also ask that all attendees and staff adhere to the Covid-19 policies and take advantage of onsite preventive resources available such as: Distribution of reusable masks Sanitation stations Frequent sanitization of shared spaces If you would like to sponsor Covid Testing or other Covid Related Items please email us at info@dreaminincolor.me.
  • How do I request a refund if I cannot attend?
    Registration is Non-Refundable Tickets may be transferred to another individual until July 1st. To transfer tickets please email support@dreaminincolor.me with your name and the full name and email of the person you would like the ticket transferred to.
  • What is the attire for the conference?
    The attire for the conference is business casual. However I encourage you to check out the pictures on our website. We were very stylish last year :) Also the Thursday Evening Event is cocktail/dressy attire. With that being said...there may be people in a Salesforce T-shirt and Jeans, a Hawaiian shirt, shorts and flip flops or a suit. Please come as you feel comfortable while respecting the venue and other conference attendees.
  • What do I do if I have dietary restrictions?
    If you have any dietary restrictions please note that on your registration or email us at support@dreaminincolor.me and we will do our best to accomodate you.
  • Are there any discounts available?
    There will be discounts given to college students, participants of Salesforce Workforce Development and Talent Alliance Organizations and individuals with a financial need. You can find the scholarship application form here. The number of scholarships that will be given has not been determined at this time. Applicants will be notified by April 31st. Please email support@dreaminincolor.me if you have any questions.
  • I can't attend, is there a way to volunteer or contribute?"
    Although we would love to have you attend in person, if you are not able to and would like to still show your support by sponsoring a ticket for someone else by going here.
  • Why is conference in Raleigh, NC?"
    It is important to the Conference Planning Team that we host this conference in a city that holds some historical significance in black history. North Carolina's African American heritage is rich and diverse. The African American struggle for civil rights and equality touched all regions of the state. You can read more here

  • Why is the conference in June?
    June was selected to correspond with the Juneteenth holiday. You can read more about Juneteenth here
  • What is Ujima?
    This conference is inspired by the 3rd principal of Kwanzaa: Ujima. Ujima means: To build and maintain our community together and make our brother’s and sister’s problems our problems and to solve them together
  • What are the Dreamin' In Color Conference Terms and Conditions?
    Dreamin' In Color Conference - Terms and Conditions 1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Dreamin' In Color conference (the "Conference"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 2. Media Release By attending the Conference, you acknowledge and agree that the Conference organizers may take photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings during the event. These images and recordings may include you, individually or as part of a group, and may be used for promotional, marketing, or any other purposes by Dreamin' In Color at any time in the future. You hereby grant Dreamin' In Color the unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, publish, reproduce, or distribute any such photographs, videos, and audio recordings, without any compensation or notice to you. 3. Ticket Policy All tickets for the Conference are non-refundable. Ticket holders may transfer tickets to another person by June 1 2025 by providing written notice to the Conference organizers, subject to their approval. 4. Liability Waiver By attending the Conference, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Dreamin' In Color, its organizers, affiliates, agents, representatives, sponsors, volunteers, and venue partners (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, illness, damage, or inconvenience that may occur at or in connection with the Conference, including, but not limited to, travel to and from the venue, participation in activities, or use of any services provided at the Conference. You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. 5. Code of Conduct The Conference is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. By attending, you agree to abide by the Conference Code of Conduct and to treat all attendees, speakers, staff, and volunteers with respect and courtesy. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee for behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without a refund. 6. Health and Safety By attending the Conference, you agree to comply with any health and safety protocols established by the organizers or required by law. Dreamin' In Color reserves the right to modify or impose additional safety measures as necessary. 7. Amendments Dreamin' In Color reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be posted on the Conference website, and your continued attendance at the Conference will constitute acceptance of any updated terms. 8. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. 9.
